Why is Slater and Zurz Different from other Law Firms?
Slater & Zurz is a people's law firm. We represent people, whether they're business owners or individuals. And one of the things that we guide ourselves with is we communicate with everyone to the maximum extent possible. We talk to them on the phone. We become accessible personally, at home. And one of the differences that I believe that we set ourselves aside from others is that we communicate very effectively with the client from the beginning all the way through the case. We do it both personally, on the phone, as well as with letters and emails when appropriate.
Slater & Zurz has available some very, very substantial resources. I have personally developed relationships with board certified medical providers who are capable of helping us analyze medical conditions with respect to personal injury matters, medical malpractice matters, nursing home abuse matters. We're able to involve these board certified professionals at an early stage so that we clearly understand the medical conditions a client has experienced and to be sure that they're guided in their treatment accordingly so that they can get maximum return to their normal life and at the same token be sure that we're able to present their case most effectively with the insurance carriers that we're dealing with.
At Slater & Zurz, we take pride on being over prepared. That is our motto, whatever we do, whether it's a traffic matter or a full-scale litigation in federal court. We over prepare for everything. That is my directive to all of our attorneys. And the benefit of that to the client is that by being so prepared that we command the respect both of the courts, our opposing parties. And we are able to obtain results that we have established for our clients in an easier, quicker fashion.
Our firm is committed to getting results. Obviously, the clients have a choice of who they want to call. And they chose to call us. And primarily one of the reasons I believe they call us is because we have the reputation of getting results.
